Since its creation in 2006, the expertise of SEMPERVIRENS is spread over a multitude of different biogeographical zones. The agency has carried out more than 400 project studies and nearly 300 landscaping projects delivered.
Our goal is to create spaces in total symbiosis with the environment in which they take place. We take into account the microclimatological conditions of the sites (the sun, the winds, the earth, the water, etc.), because these are the essential conditions for the sustainability of the intervention.
In addition, respect for the environment is a factor conditioning the proper functioning of the ecological system, it is thus favored but in no way imposed on the site. We are trying to bring together the conditions to reestablish or strengthen the native ecosystem.
Our approach aims to preserve the biodiversity heritage on our intervention sites. Hypercontemporary in its design, hypernatural in its material.
The objective of this approach is to provide quality spaces where the diversity of life takes place.
Likewise, environmental engineering is at the heart of our concerns. Indeed, the management of past pollution as well as the minimization of future pollution are an integral part of our reflections.
SEMPERVIRENS was born from a common desire to participate in the evolution of the world of tomorrow. Too attracted by a utilitarian philosophy, by immediate comfort, we have forgotten that nature could satisfy all our needs and that unlimited consumerism could destroy it.
It is in a context of crisis of natural environments that we want to use our skills, to seek osmosis between society and the living environment which has allowed it to develop. From the private garden to the large territory, in France and abroad, our approach is the same: Listen, experiment and innovate.
Always with a view to respecting places and saving resources, we are committed to the reuse of materials from the site, within the limits of their interest.
