Winning competition
We are proud to announce that Coldefy, together with its partners Atelier 4 Studio, Jacopo Foggini, SEMPERVIRENS Landscapers, and aei progetti, has won the international competition for the design of Tirana's Public Administration Hub. This project is not just a new administrative center; it is a visionary fusion of public service and art, designed to enhance interaction between the community and government.

The project was selected from among 5 finalists: Benedetta Tagliabue – EMBT Architects, Snøhetta, andreacaputo.com SO – IL, and Zaha Hadid Architects.

Our vision was to create a space that not only houses the administration, but also symbolizes the company's collective values. The project returns the space to the community, reflecting transparency and coexistence with public administration. It enhances not only the employees' workspace, but also the surrounding neighborhood, fostering inclusion and community through welcoming public spaces.

This new center will span 31,000 square meters, with squares, retail spaces, and landscaped courtyards that blend seamlessly into the urban and natural environment, and are designed to adapt to future changes in work and life. The participation of Italian artist Jacopo Foggini brings cultural resonance to the project, combining traditional Albanian craftsmanship with modern architectural forms.
